Emails

If email storage is a deciding factor then Office 365's  entry plan offers (50GB)  has more storage than google's basic plan (30GB).  Office offers 'unlimited archive' feature which allows you to store as many old emails as you wish.  If your company sends and receive a large amount of mail then ''G suite Business' plan would be ideal with unlimited  email storage.

Drive Storage

If you have lots of files to upload for cloud storage, then G suite' Business' plan is the best option. G Suite Business  offers unlimited file storage and email storage ( as long as its's more then 5 users)For less then 5 users, 1TB storage cap will apply. For  Microsoft 's business plans, the OneDrive storage is capped at 1 TB for all plans.

CONCLUSION

Which one really depends on what you will use the most and how it can cope with your business nature. After the feature comparison and prices, it will be up to which of the two offers more flexibility and future integration with the business. E.g Some software applications can only sync with gmail / google calendar or some may find that Microsoft tends to be more straight forward. So the answer is, it really depends......

6 Factors you should take into consideration before purchasing:
